Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro Shipping in August
Out of the three new lines from Rocky Patel Premium Cigars that will be shown at this year’s IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, expect Sun Grown Maduro to be the strongest of the bunch.
The five-size line comes from the company’s Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A. (TAVICUSA) factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. It uses a dark broadleaf wrapper over dual binders with Nicaraguan tobacco from Condega in the filler.
It’s offered in Rothschild (4 1/2 x 50), Lancero (7 1/2 x 38), Petite Belicoso (5 1/2 x 52), Toro (6 x 52) and Sixty (6 x 60); all of which will be sold in 20-count boxes. Pricing has not been announced.
The company says Sun Grown Maduro will begin shipping in August.
