Rock-A-Feller Cigars has announced that it will be releasing Magician’s Wand this week, the third installment in its Art of Magic series that celebrates the craft of magic, which is a passion of company owner Kevin Schweitzer.

Designed to evoke the long, slender shape of a magician’s wand, the cigar is presented in a 7 x 44 lonsdale vitola that has white bands at both ends of the cigar. The blend features a Brazilian cubra wrapper, Indonesian binder, and fillers from Nicaraguan and the Dominican Republic, with production handled by Tabacalera L&V S.R.L. in the Dominican Republic under master blender Victor de la Cruz.

Like the first two releases, the box features a design of an illustrated rabbit named Karat the Great, which was created by noted artist and designer Jessi Flores. Each box has a black piano finish and contains 10 cigars, with production limited to 2,000 boxes. Pricing is set at $15 per cigar and $150 per box.

The Art of Magic Series debuted in March 2021, while the second release, Cardician, was released in November 2021.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
