Proscrito Cigars says that its newest cigar will be a “different kind of release” for the company.

It’s called The Life, a 6 3/4 x 52 torpedo. The company says that it will be medium to medium-plus as opposed to the fuller profile the company typically blends to. To do that, it uses an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Dominican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Nicaragua.

The MSRP is set at $12.50 and it will come in boxes of 14 cigars.

Brett Wilson, president of Proscrito, told halfwheel that he is unsure whether The Life will be a regular or limited production cigar, but that it will depend upon the supply of tobaccos. The Life is expected to begin shipping to stores in April.

Proscito Cigars says that The Life is made at an undisclosed factory in the Dominican Republic.
