The latest in Pospiech, Inc.’s series of one-off releases where the blend info is not disclosed will be called The Shepherd.
It will be offered in a single 5 3/4 x 50 robusto extra size. As for the rest of the details, there’s little in the way of useful information. Pospiech—which is owned by the brothers behind the Powstanie brand and Cigar Hustler, a Deltona, Fla.-based retailer—says it worked with Matt Booth of Room101. That said, there’s nothing about where the cigars are made or what tobacco is used. The wrapper is described as “really good,” the binder is described as “strong enough to keep it all together,” and the filler is described as “leprechaun magic with a dash of fairy dust.”
The MSRP is set at $14 per cigar and it is limited to 10,000 total cigars.
“Mr. Booth and I both added our signatures to the bands. Because if you believe in it you should put your name on it,” said Mike Szczepankewicz in a press release.
Speaking of the band, it reads, “Ezekiel 25:17,” which is a bible verse that reads, “I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I take vengeance on them.’”
The Shepherd will ship to stores tomorrow.
