Today’s landmark ruling will almost certainly limit the FDA’s ability to regulate tobacco products, including cigars. Chevron has been repeatedly mentioned in the premium cigar industry’s nearly eight-year-old lawsuit against FDA regulation.

One colorway is inspired by a flame, the other by the sea. The multi-layer lacquer designs have been applied to the company’s Ligne 2 lighter and Line D pen.

While this case does not explicitly affect cigars, if FDA and HHS lose this case, it would accelerate a decision about whether to ban flavored cigars. Currently, that decision is on an indefinite hold.

The Graff’ty Collection includes seven different items: two lighters, two pens, a cutter, a cigar case and an ashtray. None of the models are new, but they are all offered in a new, very colorful design.
