Montana Bill Seeks to Ban Flavored Tobacco Products

Null

Add Montana to the list of states where the future of flavored tobacco products will be debated this year.

A bill in Montana has been introduced that would ban flavored tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vapor products, as well as require everyone to enter a retail tobacco store to be at least 18. The bill defines those retailers as any store which derives at least 90 percent of its revenue from the sale of tobacco products.
