Millburn, N.J. Moves Forward With Proposed Smoking Ban

Millburn Township appears headed to join the growing movement of cities in New Jersey trying to limit tobacco use. A week after the Environmental Commission, the Township Committee debated adding marijuana and e-cigareetes to a park smoking ban, but ultimately decided to continue evaluating the ban itself. It has been sent to the Township’s attorney for review before a vote will be had.

Millburn has a population around 20,000. It is located in Essex County approximately 15 miles west of Manhattan.
