Last year, La Sirena announced the La Sirena Limited Series, which is a four-year run of 7 1/2 x 39 lancero cigars. At this year’s TPE 2024 trade show, the company showed off a second size for the Limited Series, a vitola that is more or less the exact opposite of a lancero.

The La Sirena LS LE 6 x 60 is, as the name suggests, a 6 x 60 gordo that is box-pressed. It uses the same blend as the LS Lanceros: a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, Mexican San Andrés binder and a filler that contains Dominican, Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania broadleaf tobaccos. Like the lancero, it is produced at TABACALERA LA iSLA in the Dominican Republic.

Each cigar will have an MSRP of $25 and for 2024 the release is limited to just 100 boxes of 10 cigars.

Danny Ditkowich, La Sirena’s owner, told halfwheel he expects the 6 x 60 to begin shipping to stores in March.
