Smoking in tobacco stores, bars, taverns and fraternal organizations in Kokomo, Ind. may become a thing of the past. The City Council plans on meeting this week to discuss whether it should expand the current smoking ban to include those four types of places, which are exempt under the city’s current smoking ban.
Kokomo is located within Howard County in central Indiana. It has a population around 60,000.
