The Henry Clay Warhawk Rebellious, a limited edition from Altadis U.S.A. that debuted in July 2020, is coming back for a second release in the coming weeks.
The cigar returns in the same 6 x 54 toro vitola as the original, with the same all-Nicaraguan blend highlighted by a habano wrapper. The cigars are made by Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. in Estelí.
Production numbers have increased to 3,000 boxes of 20 cigars, as has the price, which is now $14 per cigar. The original version was priced at $9.60 per cigar and limited to 1,200 boxes of 20 cigars.
Altadis U.S.A. made the announcement about the Henry Clay War Hawk Rebellious returning via Cigar Aficionado. Representatives from Altadis U.S.A. have not responded to an e-mail seeking to confirm the accuracy of that report.
Update (Dec. 2, 2024) — Altadis issued a press release and images, which have been added to this article.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
