The newest size of the Guardian of the Farm Series will go on sale tomorrow.

Small Batch Cigar, the online storefront for Maxamar Ultimate Cigars, has announced that it has received the Guardian of the Farm Claude Le Chien. It’s an exclusive size to the California retailer, a box-pressed 4 1/2 x 48 parejo with a closed foot.

Andrew Considine of Small Batch worked “for years” with Max Fernández of AGANORSA Leaf to develop the cigar, which is a Nicaraguan puro with a corojo rosado wrapper over a corojo 99 binder and corona 99 and criollo 98 fillers.

Like the rest of the Guardian of the Farm exclusives, it is named after a dog. In this case, Claude is a blue French bulldog owned by Considine and is featured on the cigar’s secondary band.

Guardian of the Farm Claude Le Chien will go on sale tomorrow. It is priced at $7.99 per cigar and limited to 200 boxes of 25 cigars.

Update (March 28, 2019) — Added that this cigar is box-pressed.
