Fox Knives, an Italian knife manufacturer that has released a variety of unique cigar cutter designs during the last five years, has announced its latest cigar-focused product: Virtus.
Unlike the other cigar-focused products, which are purpose-built cigar cutters, the new Fox Knives FX-541 Virtus is a knife that has a special half-moon cut-out to cut cigars. Like other cigar knives, the premise is pretty simple: place the cap inside the cut-out and fold the knife close, which has the blade act like a single guillotine cigar cutter.
It’s offered in four different models, which use different materials:
- Fox Knives Virtus FX-541 ST — $171.35
- 64mm blade (3mm thickness)/165mm in length
- Santos Wood Handle
- Becut Blade (HRC 56-58)
