Ferio Tego has announced that it is adding a petit lancero to its Timeless Prestige line.

The Ferio Tego Timeless Prestige Especiales is a 6 1/4 x 38 parejo with a pigtail cap. Like the rest of the Timeless Prestige line, it uses a Honduran wrapper over a binder from the Dominican Republic and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. It has an MSRP of $11 per cigar and is offered in boxes of 20 cigars.

With the addition of the Especiales, Timeless Prestige is offered in six regular production vitolas. The cigars are made by the Quesada family at Tabacos de Exportación in the Dominican Republic.

Ferio Tego says that retailers should contact Davidoff of Geneva USA—which distributes Ferio Tego in the U.S.—to place orders, which the company expects to begin shipping this week.

“The Especiales is an extraordinary expression of the Timeless Prestige blend,” says Michael Herklots, co-owner of Ferio Tego, in a press release. “Thinner ring gauge cigars have a unique delivery and focus to their flavor and have a higher concentration to the smoke. The Prestige blend in this format is just spectacular!”
