Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced the launch of the fourth size in its Crema line, the 6 x 46 Rabito, a corona grande vitola.
Like the rest of the Espinosa Crema line, which was launched in 2016, the Rabito features a milder profile by way of an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper over a binder and filler from Nicaragua. It is priced at $8.40 per cigar before taxes, or $84 for a box of 10 cigars.
In a press release issued by Hector Alfonso Sr., the company’s director of operations, the Crema is described as the company’s “gateway cigar…something that has appealed to those interested in the brand but considered that we might not have something in our repertoire for them to try.”
The Rabito now joins the Crema’s other three regular production vitolas:
- Espinosa Crema Churchill (7 x 48)
- Espinosa Crema Rabito (6 x 46)
- Espinosa Crema Robusto (5 1/2 x 52)
- Espinosa Crema Toro Grande (6 x 56)
The cigar became available for retailers to order as of Wed., Jan. 9. The Crema line is made at Espinosa’s La Zona factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
