Eiroa PCA Exclusive 2023 Begins Shipping

The first of three PCA 2023 exclusive lines from CLE Cigar Co. has begun shipping to stores.

The three different lines—Asylum PCA Exclusive 2023, CLE PCA Exclusive 2023 and Eiroa PCA Exclusive 2023—share a number of similarities: all three are offered in the same four sizes that are priced the same, all three are each limited to 150 boxes per size, all three use tobacco from a new CLE farm in an unnamed South American country, and all three were only offered to retailers that placed orders during the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show, which took place in July.

CLE has begun shipping the Eiroa PCA Exclusive 2023, which uses a black color scheme with red accents and has a Honduran corojo wrapper. For context, the Asylum PCA Exclusive 2023 has an undisclosed wrapper, while the CLE PCA Exclusive 2023 uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. Underneath the corojo wrapper is an undisclosed blend that includes tobacco from the aforementioned South American farm.

”I am loving this tobacco from our new South American farm,” said Christian Eiroa, CLE’s founder, in a press release when the cigar was announced in June. “We are taking the bold move to use this tobacco in a few of our new releases at PCA. The combination of the authentic corojo with this new tobacco I think makes this a special blend.”
