Drew Estate is releasing a new Liga Privada Único Serie cigar, but it will only be available at two places in the United States, and both happen to be Liga Privada Lounges.
The Liga Privada Único Pancetta is a 4 3/4 x 50 belicoso that uses the Connecticut stalk cut and cured habano wrapper utilized in the Liga Privada T52, with a Brazilian mata fina binder and fillers leaves from Nicaragua and Honduras, the same as what is found in the Liga Privada Unico Feral Flying Pig.
The cigar comes priced at $299 for a box of 24 cigars, or approximately $12.46 per cigar. It will begin shipping on Oct. 19 to Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop in Havertown, Penn. and Barrister Cigars in Union, N.J. Both retailers will be hosting launch events once the cigar is available.
“These two stores have a deep connection to the earliest days of Drew Estate,” said Jonathan Drew, founder and president of Drew Estate, via a press release. “They have stood by us through thick and thin, acting as true ambassadors for our brands. That’s why we chose to share with them the Pancetta, this blend will blow you away!”
The company is calling it a once-a-year release, with no further information about production numbers available.
