“Drew Estate is committed to reducing our use of Central and South American wood in our boxes,” said Michael Cellucci, president of Drew Estate, in a press release.

“This new humidity sealed concept for the ACID Kuba Kuba is a program with key partner retailers to see how we can continue to lessen our impact on the environment. We are equally excited to continue to push the boundaries of the ACID Experience with our new Krush Classic and G-fresh packaging.”

LOUNGE’N with ACID

Drew Estate has also announced that it will roll out its LOUNGE’N with ACID event concept at additional cities including Atlanta, Charlotte and Miami.

The new tour is centered around a customized shipping container where consumers can learn more about the brand.

“If you know JD you know that I love music,” said Jonathan Drew, the company’s co-founder. “Having the opportunity to party with some of the hottest artists in the music scene while enjoying the ACID you love most is what its all about. We have this pimped out container that is a game changing experience.”

The LOUNGE’N with ACID concept launched at the Essence Festival in New Orleans and will be bringing it to Atlanta, Charlotte and Miami in the near future.

The new packaging will formally be unveiled at the 2016 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show which begins July 25 in Las Vegas.
