In August, the Aquitaine Venus will head to Doc James Cigars & Golf of Shrub Oak, N.Y. Skip Martin made the announcement earlier today, the latest in a long line of RoMa Craft Tobac exclusives to head to a single store.

While the MSRP is set at $10 per cigar, in-store purchase will be subject to New York State’s 38 percent wholesale tax. Adam DeSiena told halfwheel, the Venus will retail for $11.50 in-store. The Aquitaine Venus will come in boxes of 10.

The Venus is the 10th vitola for Aquitaine. The 6 1/2 x 56 petit salomones was first introduced in the CroMagnon line as an exclusive for R. Field Wine Co. Both cigars are priced the same.

Aquitaine uses the same Nicaraguan filler and Cameroon binders as the CroMagnon, but the Connecticut broadleaf wrapper is replaced by an Ecuadorian habano ligero leaf.
