Crowned Heads and Brigham Enterprises, its Canadian distributor, have announced Moose Kick as a new exclusive for the country.

The Moose Kick was developed by Miguel Schoedel, national sales manager for Crowned Heads, and Richard Joseph, premium cigar manager for Brigham. It’s a 5 x 50 robusto that uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. Moose Kick is made at TacaNicsa in Nicaragua.

Production is limited to just 300 bundles of 10 cigars. Citing a wide range of prices throughout Canada, Schoedel declined to name an MSRP for this release.

A press release says that the cigar was inspired by Canada’s moose stamps. The name harkens back to the Four Kicks Mule Kick, a regular limited edition for Crowned Heads.

The cigars are expected to be on shelves before the end of the year.
