Colibri has released a new desktop humidor called the Rally that it describes as being “a unique thrill fused with meticulous design.”

The humidor features a cedar lining and comes with a digital hygrometer to measure the humidity level as well as an adjustable, magnetic humidification system, and two dividers for custom organization. It also features a soft-close mechanism to prevent the lid from slamming shut, which helps protect the inner seal. The company says it is capable of holding between 100 and 125 cigars, though as with all such estimates, the number will depend on the size of the cigars. The humidor measures 14 x 10 x 6 inches.

The Colibri Rally Humidor, which gets a high-gloss, two-tone finishing and a pachmayr design, is available in five color combinations: black and silver, navy and silver, black and rose gold, black and red, and black and blue. Each color option is priced at $595, and has begun shipping to retailers as well as being available through Colibri’s website.

Colibri also offers a lighter, combination straight and v-cutter, and leather accessory case with the Rally name, all of which feature the pachmayr design. After the lighter debuted in 2017, the Rally lighter and Rally V-Cutter added designs that celebrated the company’s 90th anniversary in 2018. When the Rally lighter was announced, it was described as having a design that “embodies the spirit of modern F1 racing.”

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
