CAA Names Tyler Menzler Director of Legislative Affairs
Tyler Menzler is the new director of legislative affairs for the Cigar Association of America (CAA).
He most recently served as a congressional policy analyst in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA). Prior to that, he worked for Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Pa., and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure’s Subcommittee on Economic Development.
The CAA is one of the three main cigar trade groups.
