Brizard & Co. Releases New Versions of Augusta Case, Havana Traveler & Wood and Leather Collection

At the 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show, Brizard & Co., a Los Angeles-based cigar accessory company, showed off updated versions of three of its existing cigar accessories.

The Augusta Collection Showband 3 Cigar Case—which uses dark green leather for its exterior—has been modified. While the previous version used leather for both the upper and lower portions, the upper case is now finished in Brazilian wood. The inside of each case is made of Spanish cedar and comes with two dividers, allowing each case to hold three cigars. In keeping with the golf case, the very top and bottom parts of each are finished to look like the finish of a golf ball.

Each case has an MSRP of $290 and they are limited to 350 pieces.

Brizard & Co.’s Havana Traveler cases are much larger, designed to hold five cigars, a flask, a lighter and cutter and more. The company has made changes to the Havana Traveler Alligator, which uses genuine alligator skin. The previous versions of the case used alligator on both the front and back portions, but some customers indicated they didn’t like having the alligator texture on both sides of the case. Now, only one of the main exterior panels uses alligator, while the other side uses standard leather.

Doing so has resulted in a lower price: the cases will have an MSRP of $1,350, a $200 reduction in price.

Finally, there’s a new colorway for the Wood and Leather Cigar Cases: Dakota Black. The three cigar cases have an MSRP of $220.

Brizard & Co. says that all of the new models began shipping to stores in March.
