Ashton recently sent out a letter to retailers and customers announcing several promotions to key members of their management team.
In the letter dated March 1, Sathya Levin, the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, shared the trio of moves.
Chip Goldeen is now the company’s Vice President of Sales, a title he adds to his role as Senior Sales Executive. Goldeen joined the company in 1997 as their first sales executive and becomes just the second person to hold the title, filling the position left vacant when Manny Ferrero suddenly passed away in March 2012.
Michael Walter has been elevated to the role of Director of Sales Operation and Strategy after being the National Sales Manager since 2007, and will be focusing on Ashton Sales Force operations, business analysis and overall direction and leadership. He joined the company as part of the Ashton Sales Force in 1998.
Replacing Walter as the National Sales Manager is Andy Green, who had been Ashton’s sales representative in the northeast territory since 2006.
Levin said that the company is “wholeheartedly excited for this trio of promotions” and that they feel confident that the company will continue to be able to provide “the absolute finest products, along with the best sales support and customer service.”
