AKA Cigars will increase prices 5 percent across its entire portfolio, effective Feb. 1, 2016.
According to co-owner Jay Lundy, this will be the first price increase in the company’s five-year history.
AKA’s portfolio includes four lines: Hybrid, Nth Degree, Respect and Solace. They are produced at Agroindustria LAEPE S.A. in Danlí, Honduras.
The increase will only affect AKA. Both Lundy and Tom Poehler are co-owners in AKA as well as Acme Cigar Co., which debuted last year.
