Over the years, there have been multiple examples of cigar manufactures trying to mimic the look of a book as part of cigar box, with examples coming from Arturo Fuente, Habanos S.A. and Tatuaje, to name a few.
However, perhaps one of the most unique and accurately constructed book-like packaging in the last few years was the boxes for the Saga Short Tales: Tales of High Priming. In fact, each box consists of what is made to look as a hollowed-out book complete with hard cover and individual pages that have stains on them to simulate age. Underneath both of those are the 4 x 58 cigars, 10 of which are laid out vertically instead of horizontally. Unfortunately, the actual bands on the cigars were underwhelming compared to the box packaging, but that alone was not enough to knock it out of the top five.
The Saga Short Tales: Tales of High Priming is supposedly one of what will eventually encompass 10 different releases in the line, get your bookshelves ready.
