De Los Reyes Unveiling Short Tales 3, 4 & 5 at IPCPR 2017
De Los Reyes will show off a trio of new books at next week’s IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, somewhat literally.
It’s part of De Los Reyes Short Tales Series, a planned collection of 10 different cigars, all sold in packaging that looks like vintage books.
The three newest additions all of have Latin names and use piloto Cubano mejorado viso tobacco in the filler.
Tomo 3 L.I.V.—which stands for Labor Ipse Voluptas, Latin for the pleasure is in the work itself—is a 4 1/4 x 42 that uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, a Dominican San Vicente binder and Dominican piloto Cubano mejorado viso and Brazilian habano viso.
The Tomo 4 L.O.V.—stands for Labor Omnia Vincit, which translates to work conquers all—is a 4 x 44 with an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. It also uses a Dominican San Vicente binder and piloto cubano and visos from Pennsylvania in the filler.
Tomo 5 L.A.V.—which stands for Laudamus Abundantia[ref]The box actually reads “abundancia” which is not the Spanis, not Latin word for “abundance.”[/ref] Veteres, Latin for we honor the richness of time past. It is a 5 x 34 vitola that uses an Ecuadorian claro wrapper, a San Vicente binder and Dominican piloto Cubano mejorado viso and Connecticut broadleaf viso.
Pricing for the sizes has not been announced.
