XIKAR has launched a new website for both consumers and retailers to process repairs and replacement of the company’s products.

The new portal, referred to as the XIKAR RMA Website, allows for both consumers and retailers to create accounts and track the status of their warranty service work. Of note, consumers are still able to visit authorized XIKAR retailers for warranty service. The company says it believes this will create faster turnaround times while also allowing consumers to monitor the process.

In addition, XIKAR has announced that its physical transition from its Kansas City headquarters to the Quality Importers office in Weston, Fla. is “on schedule.” Quality Importers purchased XIKAR last year.

The company says that it expects to be caught up on the backlog of warranty work within the “next several weeks” as it completes the move from Kansas City to Florida. Michael Giordano, ceo of Quality Importers, told halfwheel that there are currently six employees working in Kansas City, which is now a satellite office.
