A couple of weeks ago, I sat down with Antoine Reid of Deep Cuts Live.
Reid wears a lot of hats. Beyond his Deep Cuts Live podcast, he’s also the new content director for the Premium Cigar Association and has previously worked at a number of cigar magazines. While I don’t do that many of these podcasts, I’ve done enough, and it seems like a lot of them get repetitive. How did halfwheel start? What’s your favorite cigar? Etc. As the deep cuts part of the name implies, this interview focused a lot more on the why. If you’d like to find out a bit more about the thinking behind halfwheel, this is probably the best place to find that. Sorry for my extremely monotone demeanor; it was a long night the night before.
