Warped Cigars’ annual Lirio Rojo release will be offered in a different vitola this year.

For 2019, the Lirio Rojo will be a 6 3/8 x 42 with a bullet cap, a tapered round cap that is a cross between a belicoso and a typical parejo. The blend remains the same as it’s been since 2015: a Nicaraguan puro.

Kyle Gellis, Warped’s founder, told halfwheel that the lonsdale vitola will be the only one available this year. The cigar has previously been offered in a 5 1/2 x 44 corona vitola.

It is sold without bands and in cabinents of 50.

Gellis said pricing is not finalized.

The Lirio Rojo is a limited production release that is shipped to stores during the holiday season.
