Viva Republica Ivy Ships Nationwide
In late April Viva Republica’s Ivy debuted at an event at Casa de Montecristo in Countryside, Ill.; now it’s shipping nationwide.
Ivy is a new brand within the Viva Republica portfolio that is debuting with the eponymous three-size line. It’s limited to 100 select retailers.
It uses an Ecuadorian habano corojo wrapper for 2008, Cameroon and Dominican binders and fillers from 2007 and 2009 including tobacco from the Cibao Valley, Dominican Republic and Condega and Estelí, Nicaragua.
Ivy is offered in three sizes: Dudley (5 x 50, $13.25), Lamont (5 1/4 x 43, $12) and Porcellian (7 1/2 x 50, $14.50).
Viva Republica is distributed by Miami Cigar & Co. The line is produced at La Aurora Cigar Factory.
