The Viva La Vida Torpedo has been removed from Artesano Del Tobacco’s price list and will now be offered exclusively at Atlantic Cigar Co.

It measures 6 1/2 x 54 and uses the same blend as the rest of the original Viva La Vida vitolas. All of the tobacco is from Nicaragua: the wrapper is a habano 2000 oscuro leaf, the binder is corojo 99 and fillers are criollo 98. The line is made at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A.

“Viva La Vida Torpedo is one of our best sellers in our portfolio, and we are honored and extremely happy to have Atlantic Cigar Co. as the exclusive sole proprietor for this vitola,” said Billy and Gus Fakih, the founders of Artesano Del Tobacco, in a press release. “Torpedo shaped cigars is one of our favorite Vitola since it delivers one of the most complex flavors in any brand. Our relationship with Atlantic Cigar Co. began from the first launch of Viva La Vida Cigars back in 2019, they were the first supporters and believers in us.”

This is not the first time that Atlantic has received an exclusive from Artesano Del Tobacco. The Pennsylvania retailer also has a box-pressed 6 x 56 toro extra vitola that is an exclusive. This time is different as the Viva La Vida Torpedo has been offered as a regular production item to retaielrs nationwide up until today’s announcement.
