Warped Cigars has announced that the Venture 1492 Gran Corona has begun shipping to stores.

Venture 1492 is a sister project to Warped, the entity was announced last a year as a consulting service for other cigar companies that could assist with branding, distribution and other aspects of the cigarmaking process. Now, it’s getting its own cigar.

The Venture 1492 Gran Corona is a 5 1/2 x 48 parejo that uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a binder from Cotúi, Dominican Republic and fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. It has an MSRP of $10 per cigar and is offered in boxes of 25 cigars.

TABACALERA LA iSLA—located in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic—is producing the cigar.
