The newest size for the Vegueros brand will be arriving at stores around the world in the next “couple of weeks.”

Habanos S.A. has announced that the Vegueros Centrofinos, a 5 1/8 (130mm) x 50 parejo size, is heading to stores. The Centrofinos was originally shown off last year.

The Vegueros brand is produced at the Francisco Donatién in Pinar del Rió since its creation in 1961. For decades, Vegueros wasn’t offered for export. That changed in 1997, though by 2012 the line was effectively discontinued. In 2014, Vegueros reemerged with new packaging—notably metal tins as opposed to boxes—and new sizes.

Vegueros refers to the name of people who harvest a field.
