Last year VegaFina celebrated its 20th anniversary and now the brand is back with a new limited edition for 2019.

The VegaFina Gran Reserva 2019 is a 5 3/4 x 52 double robusto with a pigtail, somewhat of a signature for the VegaFina brand. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan habano binder and two fillers: piloto from the Dominican Republic and Nicaraguan habano. Like the rest of the VegaFina brand, it is made at Tabacalera de García in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

It’s limited to 5,350 boxes of 10 cigars, with pricing set at €7.50 ($8.48) per cigar in Spain.

While it carries the same name as last year’s Gran Reserva 20 Aniversario, the secondary band is substantially different.
