Next month, Toscano’s flagship release will be available in limited quantities at select stores in the U.S.
The Toscano Il Moro is a 9 x 46 Italian cigar meaning it is tapered on both ends and can be smoked either as one piece or cut in the middle and smoked as two cigars from either end. It uses when Toscano says is “the highest quality leaves of American origin, well cured and aged.” This cigar is notably larger than most Toscano cigars, meaning the wrappers were chosen for both size and color. Toscano describes the filler as longfiller and says the tobaccos come from Italy and Kentucky.
Each Il Moro cigar has an MSRP of $80 and there will be just 100 cigars offered in the U.S.
Il Moro was introduced in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium, it has since been an annual release for Toscano. The American market is receiving the Il Moro 2019 Edition, which the company says is “one of the best selections” since the line debuted.
Only 24 stores will receive the Il Moro. It will ship to stores on Nov. 1.
