Tobacco Locker Gets Nica Sueño Holiday Sampler

The El Catador de Los Perfectos from RoMa Craft Tobac will be heading to Port Charlotte, Fla. on December 20. Tobacco Locker will get the eight-count samplers which will include two each of the: CroMagnon Mode 5, Intemperance BA XXI Envy, Intemperance EC XVII Faith and the previously unreleased Aquitaine Mode 5.

Skip Martin of RoMa Craft Tobac told halfwheel that he expects the Mode 5 to be released in February, alongside the Intemperance BA XII Breach of the Peace and EC XVIII Brotherly Kindness.

“The CroMagnon Mode 5 quickly became our single best-selling cigar,” said Martin. “The demand at the trade show was overwhelming. We shipped 100% of the inventory we believed would last through the end of the year, in July, and had double that in backorders within a week of it hitting the shelves. Not wanting to make the same mistake twice, we are building up the inventory before releasing the 24 Count boxes.”

The sampler, which is limited to 50 units, will retail for $52. Tobacco Locker (941.255.8825) will sell most in store, but Bill Davies, co-owner of the store, has said some samplers will be sold online.
