Eight Tatuaje cigars with Mexican San Andrés wrappers are heading to stores.

Tatuaje has begun shipping the 2019 version of its Mexican Experiment, as well as the new ME II. Both are listed as the same basic blend components: a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers.

They are also both offered in the same four sizes, each priced at $10.

  • Tatuaje Mexican Experiment/ME II Robusto (5 x 54)
  • Tatuaje Mexican Experiment/ME II Toro (5 3/4 x 50)
  • Tatuaje Mexican Experiment/ME II Churchill (6 1/2 x 48)
  • Tatuaje Mexican Experiment/ME II Belicoso (5 x 52)

As for the differences, the Mexican Experiment is limited to 1,000 bundles of each size, while the ME II is a regular production item. Furthermore, the ME II is sold in boxes and has different packaging.

The Mexican Experiment was originally released in 2012 as a limited edition released in various sizes which were restricted to either specific retailers or regions.
