Tatuaje’s Belle Encre, one of the two 10th anniversary sizes added to the company’s Brown Label line last year, has gotten the Reserva treatment. The Belle Encre Reserva, a 5 3/8 x 48 perfecto wrapped in Connecticut broadleaf, has begun arriving at retailers.

Pete Johnson of Havana Cellars/Tatuaje told halfwheel the cigar is limited to 1,994 travel humidors of 22 with an MSRP of $11 per cigar or $242 per travel humidor, a one dollar increase per cigar over the regular Belle Encre.

As is the case with other Brown Label Reservas, the Ecuadorian habano wrapper normally found on the cigar has been replaced by Connecticut broadleaf while the Nicaraguan filler blend remains the same.

The cigars ship with the special 10 anniversary band as well as the secondary reserva band in a black zippered travel humidor.

Belle Encre shipped alongside was released last year alongside Bon Chasseur (5 3/8 x 52). Both sizes are expected to be regular production additions to the Brown Label line after the 2013 production runs out.

Update: The Belle Encre is 5 3/8 x 48, not 5 3/8 x 42 as originally stated.
