While three of the five vitolas in the new line are regular production, the lancero and box-pressed toro are limited editions. The box-pressed toros were made exclusively for retail members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA).

Each box contains one 6 x 50 toro blended by the following Dominican cigar maker: José “Jochy” Blanco, Eladio Díaz, Hendrik “Henke” Kelner, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. and Manuel “Manolo” Quesada Jr. For those interested, the blend of each cigar has been announced.

The new line will consist of five different vitolas: three regular production sizes and two limited edition vitolas. The two limited sizes are a box-pressed toro made exclusively for retail members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) and a lancero.

This year mark a significant anniversary for Quesada Cigars: the company celebrated 50 years in the cigar business. As would be expected, the Dominican cigar manufacturer released a limited edition cigar line to commemorate the occasion.

The Timeless Panamericana, Prestige, Sterling and Supreme blends are now offered in 6 x 50 toros. Depending on the blend, the MSRP is either $12.25 or $15.25 per cigar.

Principle Cigars asked José “Jochy” Blanco, Eladio Díaz, Hendrik “Henke” Kelner, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. and Manuel “Manolo” Quesada Jr. to listen to “I Put a Spell on You” and make a cigar. The result is Boy Band.

For the fourth year in a row, Quesada’s annual Oktoberfest release uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper. In addition to the three core sizes, the Kaiser Ludwig and Kugel vitolas are available or 2024.

In 2022, Manuel “Manolo” Quesada Jr. celebrated his 75th birthday, a celebration that included the release of a new limited-edition cigar. After receiving just over 18 months of rest, and approaching the two-year-mark since its release, it’s time to revisit the double corona that celebrated the noted cigarmaker’s birthday.

The cigar, formerly known as the Casa Magna Liga F TAA Exclusive 2023, is now available to all retailers as a regular production item.

One is a soft launch of the upcoming L’Atelier Côte d’Or La Tâche ’18, one is a new size of the Padilla 1932 Oscuro and the other one is an exclusive from Ferio Tego. All three cigars measure 6 x 46.

The new vitola is the fifth addition to Ferio Tego’s regular production Summa line.
