The George Rico El Enemigo is being made by Davidoff in the Dominican Republic. Gran Habano’s George Rico says that this represents the Rōnin stage of his cigar blending journey.

The new, three-size line celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Gran Habano brand. It uses a wrapper from Jalapa, Nicaragua and fillers from Colombia, Nicaragua and Peru.

The bad news is the still-to-be-named line won’t ship this year. The good news is that the Gran Habano XX Aniversario Edicion Limitada is expected to begin shipping next week.

George Rico, owner of Gran Habano, talks to us about the new anniversary cigar debuting at the show. He also teased an upcoming release that has most of the information finalized, with a few important details that weren’t quite ready to be announced.
