Fuerte y Libre becomes the latest brand to use Illusion’s Reno, Nev. warehouse and logistics services.
This was Fuerte y Libre’s first PCA Convention & Trade Show and while there weren’t any new items in the company’s booth, there’s certainly some things in the works.
Fuerte y Libre says that its manufacturing costs have increased by more than 15 percent over the last four years.
The two-size line uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over a blend of Dominican tobaccos, which the company says is “representative of the Cibao Valley.”
Fuerte y Libre’s Sun Country line will get a new 5 1/2 x 44 corona size. It launches April 29 at Tobaccology in Gainesville, Va.
