There’s a new smoking ban coming to the parks in Susquehanna Township, Pa. as the township’s commissioners passed a proposal that will prevent lighting up in those spaces by a vote of 7-1 on Thursday night, with the vote reported by PennLive.com.

The ban applies to “any smoke producing tobacco product,” according to the agenda for the meeting. A full text of the ordinance has not been posted on the township’s website.

Susquehanna Township has a population of nearly 25,000 residents and is located just over 100 miles west of Philadelphia.
