There will be another collaboration between General Cigar Co.’s Cohiba brand and Buffalo Trace’s Weller bourbon label.

Sean Williams, Cohiba’s brand ambassador, recently shared a picture of a new release that looks remarkably different than the original Weller by Cohiba that debuted last year. A spokesperson for General Cigar Co. declined to provide more details about the new cigar, saying the company has not finalized a ship date yet and, as such, was not announcing more details.

The original Weller by Cohiba is a 5 1/2 x 50 robusto extra that uses a Honduran wrapper over a Connecticut habano medio tiempo binder and fillers from Estelí and Ometepe, Nicaragua. It is made at General Cigar Dominicana in the Dominican Republic.

Weller is made at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Ky., which is owned by Sazerac Co.

Scandinavian Tobacco Group—which owns General as well as Cigars International and others—has collaborated with a number of Buffalo Trace brands for a total of four projects that have been released so far. The other three releases have been a Buffalo Trace cigar sold through Meier & Dutchan Eagle Rare gift set sold by Cigars International and a cinnamon-flavored Fireball cigar.
