S.T.Dupont’s dual flame lighter is finally arriving at stores.

The Le Grand Dupont combines a single-flame torch and the company’s classic dual-flame soft flames into one lighter that looks like a larger version of the popular Ligne 2 lighter.

While it launched in Europe last September, its arrival in the U.S. was delayed, though Davidoff of Geneva USA, its U.S. distributor, has begun shipping them to stores, starting last month.

The concept of a lighter having both a torch and soft flame mechanism in a single package is not new, though this is certainly the most mainstream offering from any large accessory brand.

To use the lighter, you open the lid and flick the roller ignition like a normal S.T.Dupont soft flame lighter. That lights the soft flame mechanism and from there you can push the roller up with your thumb to activate the torch. You must light the soft flame ignition to enable the torch.

It uses the red gas refill, the same as the company’s table lighter options.

The Le Grand Dupont is offered in three standard finishes with pricing ranging from $1,295 to $1,695.
