S.T.Dupont Expands Ligne 2 With New Guilloche Collection

At last week’s TPE 2022, S.T.Dupont’s U.S. distributor, Coles of London, showed off four new versions of the iconic Ligne 2 lighter.

They are part of the new Ligne 2 Guilloche Collection, which uses a guilloché technique to give the lighter both an interesting look and also a unique texture.

There are four colors available, each with an MSRP of $1,295:

• S.T.Dupont Ligne 2 Guilloche Red/Yellow Gold
• S.T.Dupont Ligne 2 Guilloche Bright Orange/Palladium
• S.T.Dupont Ligne 2 Guilloche Turquoise/Palladium
• S.T.Dupont Ligne 2 Guilloche Electric Blue/Palladium

The Red and Blue versions will ship in May, while Coles of London says the Orange and Turquoise will ship in July.

This is not the first time S.T.Dupont has used guilloché—a process of engraving a repetitive pattern to create a more detailed design—for one of its lighters. S.T.Dupont has also combined guilloché with lacquer for products like Fire Head Under Lacquer.
