Roseville, Minn. has increased the minimum age to purchase tobacco from 18 to 21.

Last night, the city council of Minneapolis-St. Paul suburb unanimously voted to increase the minimum age to purchase tobacco from 18 to 21.

Roseville is located five miles northeast of Minneapolis and five miles northwest of St. Paul. The city has a population of around 35,000. Minneapolis has increased its purchasing age to 21, St. Paul has not.
