AGANORSA Leaf has begun shipping the new trio of the JFR Lunatic Torch cigars.

The Lunatic Torch is a Nicaraguan puro with a corojo 99 wrapper from Jalapa, double binders and fillers from Estelí and Jalapa. All the tobacco comes from the company’s farms and it is made at its Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. (TABSA) factory in Estelí.

While the packaging has been updated, the biggest change is that there are three new sizes.

  • JFR Lunatic Torch Mad Folk (4 3/4 x 70) — $10.50 (Box of 10, $105)
  • JFR Lunatic Torch Dreamlands (6 1/2 x 60) — $10.50 (Box of 10, $105)
  • JFR Lunatic Torch Visionaries (6 1/2 x 52) — $9.99 (Box of 10, $99.99)

The company’s AGANORSA Select accounts, around 75 retail stores, will have access to the cigar now. AGANORSA Leaf will allow all retailers to purchase the line over the summer.

JFR Lunatic Torch debuted in 2015 in a single 7 x 50 Churchill size with a shaggy foot. The company has updated the foot to be a brushed foot meaning that the cigar starts without a wrapper, though the amount of cigar without a wrapper is substantially less than before.
