R. Field Wine Co. Celebrating Anniversary With Viaje White Label Exclusive RF30

Next Friday, Hawaii’s R. Field Wine Co. will play host to an event with PDR Cigars and Viaje. In attendance will be Abe Flores and Andre Farkas, each company’s brand owner, and a few special cigars.

One of those releases will be the Viaje White Label Exclusive RF30, a new exclusive for the retailer which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.

There aren’t many details available, as a spokesperson for Viaje directed all questions to R. Field Wine Co., which didn’t have much to say. Marvin Chang of R. Field Wine Co. told halfwheel that he is unsure of the cigar’s blend, but that it will be limited to 100 boxes of 20 cigars. Suggested retail pricing will be $11.50.

Chang did say that Viaje will use the White Label Exclusive brand and packaging for its future single store releases; this appears to be the first of those releases.

R. Field Wine Co. exists inside seven FoodLand locations in Hawaii. The store specializes in high-end wine, premium cigars and locally-made food. It was founded in 1985 and acquired by the Sullivan Family of Companies, parent of FoodLand, in 1998.

The retailer previously celebrated its 30th anniversary with an exclusive from Warped Cigars.
