In 2011, Quesada Cigars introduced a new line of cigars that were designed to pair with Märzen-style beer, the German beer that is traditionally served during the Oktoberfest holiday. Now, the line is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a trio of vitolas available for 2021.

The Quesada Oktoberfest 10th Anniversary uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Dominican binder and Dominican fillers. It will be offered in three longstanding sizes for the Oktoberfest line.

  • Quesada Oktoberfest 10th Anniversary Bavarian (5 1/2 x 52) — $9.50 (Box of 10, $95)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 10th Anniversary Das Boot (6 x 52) — $9.90 (Box of 10, $99)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 10th Anniversary Über (6 x 65) — $10.80 (Box of 10, $105)

They will begin shipping in September.

“We are more than excited to present this year’s Oktoberfest edition which in my opinion will be the best Oktoberfest cigar ever,” said Manuel “Manolo” Quesada Jr., president of Quesada Cigars, in a press release. “Feedback from customers attention to detail has brought us to this blend. It’s going to be great.”

Since its release Oktoberfest has been offered in nearly 20 vitolas, some made in the Dominican Republic and others made by Plasencia in Nicaragua. The blend has generally been a Dominican puro, though the Plasencia-made cigars have been Nicaraguan puros.
