Effective July 1, Quesada will be the distributor for MLB Cigar Ventures.

While Quesada makes much of the MLB Cigar Ventures portfolio—Aventador, Imperia and Islero—it will also distribute the David P. Ehrlich line, which is made at Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.’s Tabacalera La Alianza S.A.

“I am incredibly honored that Quesada Cigars and I have been able to reach this distribution agreement,” said Mike Bellody, founder and owner of MLB Cigar Ventures, in a press release.

“The obvious business synergies between our two companies create a perfect environment for this to be a hugely successful partnership. is agreement will allow MLB brands to immediately gain distribution throughout the U.S., accelerating our already substantial rate of market penetration and growth. Over the past 4 years, I have come to think of the Quesada’s as family, making this day even more special for me and my company.”

Last month, Quesada and Regius ended their distribution agreement. MLB Cigar Ventures joins Matilde on the list of other companies Quesada distributes.
